  • The gift certificate is only valid at Siwocco Wellness and the value is given in euros, including VAT.
  • The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used in one go.
  • If the value of the gift certificate is lower than the selected treatment, the remaining amount must be paid in addition.
  • The gift certificate is valid for 12 months after the issue date that is detailed on the voucher.
  • Amendments made to the value and/or issue date invalidates the gift certificate.
  • An appointment must be made for any treatment. The date of treatment depends on availability. You must state, when making your appointment, that you will be using a gift certificate and provide the unique certificate number.
  • Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of the date of treatment. If you fail to cancel the appointment (promptly), we will charge you € 10.
  • These gift certificate conditions may be amended from time to time. We recommend that you consult the conditions before each use of a gift certificate. Use of the gift certificate after consultation of the amended conditions, implies acceptance of the amended conditions.
