Ethics and hygiene are extremely important at Siwocco Wellness. We expect our customers to respect these principles.
We expect our customers to arrive promptly, i.e. 10 minutes before commencement of the treatment. If you arrive late, we will be forced to shorten the treatment time to avoid your lateness impacting upon subsequent customers. We may also decide to reschedule the treatment and charge you 50% of the fee for the cancellation.
You must tell us about the use of medicines and treatments provided by other therapists. The masseuse can then decide whether a treatment is appropriate.
If you conceal information about any illnesses, injuries and so on, Siwocco Wellness cannot take responsibility for results or consequences during or after the treatment.
If in doubt about an existing complaint or injury, the masseuse can interrupt the treatment and refer you to a doctor.
You are kindly requested to turn off your mobile phone or set to vibrate during the treatment so that you and the other guests are not interrupted while enjoying the sense of wellbeing provided by Siwocco Wellness.
We are not responsible for the damage, loss or theft of personal belongings.
Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours beforehand. Late cancellations can and will be charged at 50% of the treatment fee.
You must pay for the treatment using cash or a debit card.
