This is authentic Traditional Thai Massage as taught at the Wat Po Thai Traditional Medical School. It dates back over 2500 years to Dr. Jivaka Kumara Phaccha. In Thailand, he is regarded as the founding father of traditional medicine and a short blessing of “Wai Khru” is said before this type of massage in order to thank and honour him.

The massage is a dry massage that is given on a Thai mat with special massage clothing that is provided by Siwocco. The clothing increases the potency of the massage, improving the efficacy of the treatment. Even after the treatment, you may sometimes experience the sense of calm and relaxation for several days.
